Mid Season – School holidays – Bookings are for 7 nights only starting on a Friday
Low Season and Out of school holidays – We will accept short breaks (see below) ideally starting on a Friday or a Monday, however we may consider different start dates.
Short Breaks
Short Breaks are available in low season and mid season out of school holidays. Standard short break bookings can be made via website as below:
Low season short breaks – 3 nights (£415) or 4 nights (£460).
Mid season short breaks – 3 nights (£610) or 4 nights (£720).
Other start days may be available please contact me direct to enquire.
Christmas and New Year – Please contact me direct for possible short break options
Prices include all bed linen, towels and electricity. Check in after 4pm, check out before 10am. See the bottom of the page for full terms.

OUR TERMS
- A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking. (we will refund the deposit if we can rebook the week) Please note that Christmas and New Year bookings and deposits are non refundable.
- The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking within 6 weeks prior to booking start date, we will refund your balance only if we are able to re-let the property.
- Covid 19 restrictions may apply in respect of cleaning etc – we will send these separately
- All damages and breakages must be reported to the owner and paid for.
- Hall House is a non smoking property.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome. We kindly ask you not to allow your dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms and that you kindly use the hoover provided before leaving the cottage. Dogs are £20 each per week.
- You may arrive any time after 4pm and please vacate the property by 10am on the date of departure.
- Bed linen is provided but if additional housekeeping / bedding is required for additional weeks, there will be a small charge.
- If you have any specific requirements please ask. We do our best to help
- Please leave the cottage as clean and tidy as you found it.
- We will liaise with you shortly before your arrival date to help with directions and keys.
- Hall House has a housekeeper who will prepare the cottage and beds for you. There will be towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid, and soap for you. The code to the free wifi access will be provided.
- COVID 19 – If holiday is cancelled due to national or local lockdowns all monies (less any Stripe or Paypal charges) will be refunded in full
Restrictions
Sorry, no smoking, stag or hen parties.
Regretfully, Hall House is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems due to stairs and steps between the three levels of the house.
